First off, a White Noise update. Next week's show will be the last of the semester. There will be a new time slot for the summer, so be sure to stay tuned on that. Hi, Hope all is well. Here's what's new:

• The new Arctic Monkey's cd, Favourite Worst Nightmare was released today. After a first listen it is some awesome, high energy stuff. You can stream it, along with other new awesome cds, at AOL's Listening Party. LINK
• While on the topic of quality websites, be sure to check out Daytrotter. The site features live performances and interviews with indie bands. It is based out of the Quad Cities, and there is some really good musicians featured. LINK

Based on the old Grindhouse theaters of the '60s and '70s, directors Robert Rodriguez and Quentin Tarantino deliver an entirely new experience at the movies with their back to back feature of Rodriguez's Planet Terror and Tarantino's Death Proof.
